The Zone of the 5 Lakes of Ivrea, a succession of round hills and lake basins, amazes for the variety of natural environments and for the very special panoramic points on the AMI and the lower Aosta Valley. The inhabitants of the surrounding areas consider it a real naturalistic playground: you run, cycle, climb, swim, walk, even arrive from the sky with paragliding. A place of worship are the Terre Ballerine, a peat bog that floats on the water, on which those who walk sway together with the trees. A labyrinth of pleasant farms, mule tracks and paths intertwines inside, “joy and despair” of the hiker.
